Our approach is to merge the vision our Clients have for their project with our project delivery expertise and become a unified Owner voice throughout every step of development. From the moment our Clients decide to move forward with a new facility project, all the way through final completion and commissioning, Castagna Consulting Group is the strong and consistent advocate Owners need to ensure that their vision and objectives are achieved.

Our Process

Castagna Consulting Group is at the center of the constant interaction that occurs between the Owner and all other project stakeholders. The Architect, Engineers, Contractors, Governing Bodies and Facility Operators will all have critical issues related to their involvement that is necessary to serve their roles and responsibilities. We actively manage each of those critical issues on a daily basis to make sure that everyone involved in the project is kept fully informed and on task.

Experience

Castagna Consulting Group possesses the unique perspective that comes from having 35 plus years of experience designing and building complex projects.  As we guide the project from Design Development through to Completion, we draw from our experience of having made the tough decisions and the appreciation for the enormity and complexity of the issues our Clients are confronting. We do not believe that our services as Owner’s Representative are merely to advise, but rather to engage and deliver.

Our mission is always to guide each Client to create an extraordinary and distinctive new destination drawing from the lessons learned from our long list of past projects and intimate knowledge. On Site Owner Activist

At Castagna Consulting Group we live in the trenches of a project; being an Owner’s Representative is much more than kicking the tires and offering advice from past projects. We are onsite and actively identifying problems before they arise and threaten progress. We solve problems in the field as and where they happen. By the time an issue is brought to the Owner, we have already mitigated its impact.
