Prior to award of a contract, we analyze and recommend the project’s procurement/delivery strategy. During the request for quotation (RFQ) and request for proposal (RFP) process, we will compose or assemble the relevant documents. We will also participate in the bid and award process, and assist the owner in selecting the best contractor for the project.
In the formation of contract documents, we will compose or assemble the documents using industry standard contract documents, such as AIA, AGC, and CMAA. We will also prepare supplementary conditions to meet any special or specific needs. Subsequent to contract award and during contract execution, we will assist and support the owner’s contract administration activities by reviewing contractor’s request for progress payments, change order requests, requests for time extensions, or any other contract matters.
